He can but he didn't

His love is not hidden

It is non-existent

So it's time to start erasing

This lonely feeling

He is his own person

And it will definetly worsen

If I don't stop loving him

LOVE STARTS WHEN YOU LOVE YOURSELF (2021)

As I walked this familiar lane, I saw a boy. He was wearing his school uniform, but not his gleaming smile. His eyes were fixated on the floor. His hands were trembling and knees shaking. His back was slumped and arms were limp. He was shouting with no sound. He is the lifeless one among the lively crowd. When bells rang and the students went inside their classrooms. He put his head down in his armchair. He was waiting for someone to talk to him. He was waiting for someone to approach him. He was waiting for someone to console him. But no one approached him. No one talked to him. No one consoled him. All he was hearing was the dreadful ticking of the clock.  Time has passed and the feeling of despair and despondency slowly swallowed him. 

That feeling was oddly familiar. I went through that same thing before. I approached that boy and told him that one day someone will be your friend and this feeling of being left out will pass. I smiled at him and assured him because that was me 6 years ago. That boy who was alone. That boy who was swallowed by despair and despondency. That boy who waited for someone to approach, console, and talk to him. That was me. And I hugged him and tears rolled down my cheek. I told him, “Love starts when you love yourself.”
